Hello, My name is Masai,I work at Asia-Potash (Sino-Agri Potash Co., Ltd.) .Over the years, Ihold various positions such as office translator, manager's assistant, deputy manager of the Environment and Social Department, and now, I am the manager of the Environment and Social Department as well as the Special Assistant to the General Manager. I've been with Asia-Potash (Sino-Agri Potash Co., Ltd.) for 12 years, and the company has truly become my second home.

Masai's home is located near the Asia-Potash factory in Thakhek, Khammoun Province. He relocated here from Vientiane specifically for his job.

Without my current job, I wouldn't have the happy life I enjoy today.

Ever since graduation, I have always worked with Chinese colleagues at Chinese company. My Chinese colleagues and leaders possess many admirable qualities, such as patience, great tenacity , and diligence. Especially our company's executives, who hardly take breaks and work with incredible efficiency. They are my role models. Iwitnessed the company's transformation from a small project to a greatenterprise with an annual output of 2 million tons. My greatest pride is growing alongside the company, receiving promotions and salary increases along the way. I am deeply grateful to the company and myleaders for the opportunities and support they have provided me.
