Release of Fingerlings

On July 13th, the government of Khammouan Province in Laos released plenty of fish fingerlings marking the National Day for Wildlife and Aquatic Animal Conservation.

On the ceremony,Asia-Potash donated 20,000 fish fingerlings, after it had released35,000 fish fingerlings into Waiy river.

One day before the ceremony, Asia-Potash held the theme-activity“PreservingEcologicalDiversity, Creating a Beautiful Homeland Together”. 

35,000 fish fingerlings werereleased into Waiy rivernearby the company. Mr.ZhuXiangli, Deputy General Manager of Sino-Agri

（the name of Asia-Potash’s production base in Laos）, 

expressed that wealways keepattentionhighly onprotecting local ecological environment and implement a range of measures. 

Releasing fish fingerlings is one of them, and we will continue to promote the surrounding development of economy level and environment.

Mr. Bounmy Phimmasone, Chairman of the People's Congress of Khammouan Province, 

highly praised Asia-Potash's sustainableactionsandimprovement behavior of local ecological environment. 

He awardedan honorary certificate to Asia-Potash, 

and emphasizedthe significance of releasing fish fingerlings back into nature to safeguardthe environment and biodiversity.

Mr. SynguanIntilad,Deputy Head of Thakhek County, 

provincial capital of Khammouanexpressed anappreciationforAsia-Potashandrequiredlocal residents to collectively protect these fish fingerlings.

At the same time,he presented that the local association will assign professionals to ensure the conservation of river fish resources.
