Industrial Workers – Mentor & Apprentice Program
To help Laotian employees be good at various vocational skills
and develop the ability to handle responsibilities independently,
Asia-Potash's potash fertilizer factory has launched a "Mentorship Program."
In this initiative, Chinese employees mentor Laotian employees one-on-one,
imparting job-specific skills and guiding them in operating production equipment at various chains.
The first phase of the Mentorship Program has selected 20 positions,
systematically training 138 Laotianskilled workers. In the future, these employees will become the core of their departments.
Currently, some Laotian employees have already independently undertaken their job responsibilities,
while others are undergoing job assessments. As Laotian employees complete their training,
their wages and living conditions have significantly improved. Moreover,
the continuous advancement of the Mentorship Program will accelerate the company's localization process, enhancing management quality and efficiency.

"My mentor not only taught me skills, but after completing the training, my salary increased by more than 50%."

"After studying for more than a year, I have mastered the job skills proficiently. Upon completing the training,
my salary increased significantly. I now have savings and even bought myself a new phone."
