Industrial Workers in Langtong

Langtong, originally a villager near the Asia-Potash potash fertilizer factory in Laos, gradually became an outstanding industrial worker under the guidance of his family. Since then, his life has a significant change.

Before working here, life was rather difficult, as I couldn't afford much and struggled to make ends meet due to low wages elsewhere. But now, I can afford what I need, but also can save money. The wages are indeed high, and the company provides meals and accommodation, greatly reducing expenses. The money I save can be used to buy appliances, motorcycles, making life much more convenient.

Not only his  life significantly improved, but also acquired the qualities of an industrial worker.

It is excellentto work here, and I've learned a lot. Initially, the company taught me how to memorize, like studying a article. When it came to actual operations, they showed me instructional videos and taught me how to perform tasks correctly. The work is more mentally challenging than physically demanding.

Under the guidance of my tutor, LangTong has been able to fulfill the responsibilities of a production line operator.

When they first joined, they had no idea what the term "industry" meant. However, through their dedication and hard work, they have acquired numerous skills and successfully transitioned into valuable members of Asia-Potash. They are now evolving into an essential and irreplaceable force within the company.
