Three-season rice project

We launched the first three-season rice demonstration project in Champasak Province, Laos, using Chinese agricultural investment, advanced seed technology, and processing expertise.

Seed production and breeding project

In Sayaboury Province, a 20-hectare seed breeding centre promotes stress-tolerant, short-cycle rice varieties. We plan to expand three-season rice cultivation nationwide to support Laos’ agricultural modernization and food security.

Future Development Plan

Growing multi-season crops efficiently uses tropical rainfall and heat, maximizes arable land potential, boosts grain production, increases farmer incomes, and strengthens agricultural value chains. To achieve these goals, we are actively advancing the following initiatives.

Promote in eight lowland provinces of Laos: Champasak, Khammouane, Vientiane, Vientiane City, Bolikhamxay, Savannakhet, Salavan, and Sayaboury.

Modern ecological breeding of chickens, pigs, cattle, sheep, etc.

In Vientiane City, the construction of three vegetable greenhouses, each spanning 800 square meters, and three fish farming ponds has been successfully completed.
