Deepening Cooperation for Growth | Vice Governor of Nghe An Province, Vietnam, Visits Asia-Potash’s Potash Base in Laos

On April 10, Deputy Governor Bui Thanh An of Nghe An Province, Vietnam, visited Asia-Potash’s potash base in Laos, accompanied by Song Chai Phanyan, Standing Committee Member and Head of Personnel for Khammouan Province. The visit advances provincial cooperation by leveraging Asia-Potash’s leadership to drive industrial linkages and economic growth, building on the complementary strengths of Khammouan (Laos) and Nghe An (Vietnam)—including geography, natural resources, and market access. It seeks to deepen bilateral collaboration and establish a sustainable, win-win government-enterprise partnership model. Also present were Tran Khanh Thuc, Director of Nghe An’s Foreign Affairs Department; Nguyen Thanh Dong, Deputy Director of the Finance Department; Ho Phi Tieu, Deputy Director of the Planning and Investment Department; and Nguyen Thi Hong Ying, Deputy Manager of Marketing & Customer Service at Nghe An–Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP).
