Laos Deputy Prime Minister Saleumxay Kommasith meets Asia-Potash executives to advance the national model industrial park.

On February 12, Laos Deputy Prime Minister Saleumxay Kommasith met Asia-Potash executives Zheng Youye (Director & VP) and Liu Yonggang (VP) in Khammouan Province to review progress on the Asia Potash Industrial Park and accelerate implementation of its preferential policies, advancing Laos’ national model industrial park initiative. Also present were Khammouan Governor Vanxay Phongsavanh and Provincial People’s Congress Chair Benmi Phimmasone.

Chairman Thongloun’s visit to Asia-Potash at the start of 2025 underscores the government’s strong support and high expectations for the project. His trip to Khammouan Province, for economic oversight and focused inspection, aims to accelerate the growth of Laos’ flagship enterprise and amplify its contribution to national socioeconomic development.
