On January 26, Asia-Potash held its 2025 New Year Celebration simultaneously in Laos and three Chinese cities—Guangzhou, Beijing, and Kunming. Under the theme “Unstoppable Drive, Unmatched Commitment,” employees and invited guests connected live across all four sites to reflect on 2024’s achievements and look ahead to a dynamic, opportunity-rich 2025.
President's Address by Asia-Potas
At the Beijing venue, Ms. Liu Bingyan, Director, Board Secretary, and President of Asia-Potash, reviewed the company’s 2024 achievements—steady growth, focused development, and sustained upgrades. She thanked all employees for their dedication, extended New Year greetings, and set a clear course for the company’s 2025 advancement.
She framed 2024 for Asia-Potash with the word “resilience”: “A year of challenges and milestones, our team met every test, grew stronger, united closely, and delivered hard-won breakthroughs. As we step into 2025, let’s define it by three ‘achievements’:
First,over ourselves and surpassing limits. Having cracked four core technical bottlenecks, mine construction, mining, mineral processing, and backfilling, we now raise the bar: higher quality, greater efficiency, deeper professionalism, and stronger dedication.
Second, win bigger challenges—delivering breakthroughs in capacity expansion, resource development, and government-enterprise collaboration.
Third, win together—leveraging Asia Potash’s international platform to drive corporate growth and fulfill our shared commitment.”
Liu Bingyan urged all to stay anchored to strategic goals, advance boldly toward higher development capability and broader growth horizons, and co-create Asia Potash’s bright future.
Khammouan Provincial Government Leaders Extend On-Site Congratulations
At the Laos venue, Mr. Bounmy Phimmasone, Chairman of the Khammouan Provincial People’s Congress and a long, standing supporter of Asia-Potash, delivered a speech as special guest.
He praised Asia-Potash as Laos’ model industrial enterprise, highlighting its steady growth and significant contributions to provincial and national economic development. In 2025, Khammouan Province will continue supporting Asia-Potash’s industrial expansion and deepen collaboration to set a new benchmark for public-private partnership.

On the 24th, the Laos Potash Base held its annual awards ceremony. Honorees included outstanding managers and employees from Guangzhou, Beijing, and Yunnan companies—recognized for their 2024 achievements and for embodying Asia-Potash’s culture of excellence and perseverance.
