ASEAN Expo

The 20th China-ASEAN Expo was successfully held in Nanning, Guangxi on 16-19 September. The event witnessed the presence of prominent leaders and senior officials from both China and ASEAN countries. Notable attendees included Li Qiang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau and Premier of the State Council, and Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone of Laos, Prime Minister Hun Manet of Cambodia, Prime Minister Anwar Bin Ibrahim of Malaysia, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh of Vietnam, Vice President Ma’ruf Amin of Indonesia, and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce Phumtham Wechyachai of Thailand, as well as ASEAN Secretary-General Kao Kim Hourn. Asia-Potash, as a role model for China-Laos cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative and a prominent global leader in the potassium salt industry, delivered a keynote speech during the event, concurrently exhibiting its developmental achievements at the Laos National Pavilion. In this setting, Asia-Potash engaged in substantive discussions about high-quality development, fostering meaningful exchanges with government representatives and top businesses representing over 40 ASEAN countries.
