Asia-Potash International Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Huawei Technologies

Asia-Potash entered into a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Huawei. The agreement leverages digitalization and AI technology as catalysts for innovation to accelerate the digital transformation and smart upgrading of the potash mine in Laos. Under the joint promotion of both parties, the potash mine site has achieved full coverage of wireless networks for both underground and above-ground operations. The site has also implemented industrial internet smart technologies across all mining and production processes. Consequently, it has become the first mining operation in Southeast Asia to adopt artificial intelligence-driven smart mining solutions. These technologies have fostered a more efficient and safer working environment and established a solid foundation for progressing toward less manned and unmanned mining.
