Lao National Assembly Vice President Sommad Pholsena visited the Asia-Potash Laos potash fertilizer base for research and inspection.

On August 16, Lao National Assembly Vice President Songmam Phengsana visited Asia-Potash’s Laos potash base, accompanied by Khammouan People’s Congress Chair Benmi and officials from the Ministries of Energy and Mines and Natural Resources and Environment. This is his second dedicated visit to the company. 

He commended Asia-Potash for driving both its own growth and Laos’ socioeconomic development — calling it a model for Lao enterprises — and affirmed the National Assembly’s full support for its continued expansion. He also directed relevant ministries to expedite approvals to accelerate the company’s scale-up and industrial development.
